Scenario:

The company did not have controls or policies for managing fixed assets, nor was there any mapping of existing assets.

Projetos:

We carried out a complete inventory of the company’s assets, taking photos and applying numbered control labels, we valued the assets through market quotations carried out in Angola and Brazil, we developed policies and procedures for the asset control area,
within the controllership area and we conducted training with around 30 employees involved with the topic.

Scenario:

Challenge to carry out inventory in more than 20 units of the company, with the Pandemic restrictions.

Project:

We carried out the project together with the client’s team, the Allenty team carried out inventory in the main units and the client’s team in about 15 units, using the Allenty System, receiving training and support.

As they were already familiar with our system, our client requested licensing to carry out the inventory with its own team, which received training and support from the Allenty team.

Our client had about 20 plants distributed in 8 states and needed an inventory and evaluation of fixed assets, with time constraints.

Project:

Through our local teams, we carry out simultaneous inventories, coordinated in real time through the system. The evaluation being carried out based on cloud data, in real time, allowing to meet the schedule.
